This traditional 3000 square foot ranch home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just five minutes from Fashion Square with easy access to local freeways.   Golf courses, baseball stadiums and bike trails are all nearby and a hike up Camelback Mountain is rewarded with spectacular views.

 

Carpeted throughout, this cozy house has a sixty-inch flat screen television in the family room with smaller televisions in the kitchen as well as one of the bedrooms. There are three different sitting areas indoors plus a patio outside and the large back yard provides plenty of space for sun bathing. The pool is not heated.

 

The master bed is a king; the other bedrooms have a queen, a full and two singles, which will accommodate up to eight sleepers.

 

Rental rate is $1750/night + $350 Cleaning fee for the Super Bowl.

Regular rate is $500/night + $350 Cleaning fee. Four day weekend minimum.

Booking terms
Please confirm your dates are available and your total cost. The system does not add the pool heating or the cleaning fee to your total in the reservation process. Also, it will not calculate the discount for a 7 night rental. Please confirm the cost and availability prior to making any credit card or paypal payment unless you understand the pricing clearly. You may call me with the credit card information if you are more comfortable with that. Please provide your billing address in the additional requirement space.

Deposits: We require a $500 refundable Damage Deposit that can be held on a credit card or prepaid.
