Booking terms
Please confirm your dates are available and your total cost. The system does not add the $400 cleaning fee or the $75 per day pool heating. The system will not calculate the discount for a 7 night rental. Please confirm the cost and availability prior to making any credit card or paypal payments. You may call me with the credit card information if you are more comfortable with calling. Please provide your billing address in the additional requirement space.

Reservation Deposit is 50% of the Rental Rate excluding the fees and taxes.

Deposits: $1000 Refundable Damage Deposit to be authorized on a credit card prior to arrival.

Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $400. Three night weekend minimum. Four night spring training, special events, & holidays.
