This beautiful vacation home is located in a fantastic Paradise Valley location. The home is perfect for families, corporate retreats, business stays, golf groups, bachelor and bachelorette groups as well as anyone else looking for a great property. The home is within walking distance to Starbucks, whole foods, trader Joes, Frys marketplace and great restaurants. Its only a short drive to the best, shopping, nightclubs and golf that Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer.

 

The home is 5 bedrooms, 4000+ sf and has a heated pool, spa, outdoor firepit, dive in pool movie projector, basketball hoop, horseshoe pit, outdoor pool table, large outdoor chess game, corn hole toss and built in BBQ. The home also features a tortoise attraction with two 100 pound African Sulcata tortoises like you find at the zoo. There are also grapefruit, orange and lemon trees on the property(seasonal fruit). It's very unique. The location is near the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, Old Towne Scottsdale, Scottsdale Nightclubs, great restaurants, shopping and lots of golf. The home is very nice and will sleep up to 16.

 

There are 5 bedrooms, (#1 Master suite has 1 king bed, a couch, television and 2 rollaway beds) (BR#2 has 2 queen beds side by side) (BR#3 queen bed) (BR#4 queen bed)(BR#5 is the casita with 3 twin beds and 1 queen along with a couch, flat screen tv, 3/4 bath, microwave and air hockey table. We also have 3 roll away twin beds. There are 12 separate beds in the home and I can bring in a couple more roll aways from another property with a little notice.

Also, it will not calculate the discount for a 7 night rental. Please confirm the cost and availability prior to making any credit card or paypal payment unless you understand the pricing clearly. Deposits: We require a $500 refundable Damage Deposit that can be held on a credit card or prepaid.

Other Fees: $350 Cleaning Fee $75 Per day for pool heating. September 15th Thru June 15th. $50 Pet Fee
