    Please contact John at 602-499-9971 to confirm availability, reserve your stay, and receive your rental agreement. The system does not add the cleaning fee, pool heating, or special event and weekend pricing.

    Check In: 4 p.m. Check Out: 11 a.m.

    Lodging tax: 13.87

    Reservation Deposit is 50% of the Rental Rate excluding the fees and taxes. Balance due 30 days prior to check in.

    Deposits: $500 Refundable Damage Deposit to be authorized on a credit card prior to arrival.

    Payment Options: American Express, Cashier's Check, Mastercard, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check, Visa.

    Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $190. Optional pool heating at $25.00 per day. Three night weekend minimum. Seven night Superbowl minimum.
